Dating back to 1895, Grovefield Manor offers bed and breakfast accommodation on England's picturesque south coast.
Canford Cliffs and the sandy beaches are only a few minutes' walk away. There is outside seating on the patio. The rooms at Grovefield each have a flat-screen TV, and free Wi-Fi is available throughout the building. Free private parking is possible on site. There is a bus stop outside the house, with transport going directly to Bournemouth. Boats to the beautiful Brownsea Island leave from Poole Quay or Sandbanks.

This is a 2 bedroom cottage located at 200m from Grovefield Manor. It was the original cottage to the estate and is a very attractive building. It has a large lounge and a kitchen/diner. In the kitchen there is a washing machine dishwasher cooker microwave and all necessary utensils and china. Upstairs there are two bedrooms and a bathroom with a bath and a shower attached. Bedding is included with the apartment when it is let but guests are asked to bring their own towels. In the mid and high season the cottage is only let for full weeks Saturday to Saturday. In the low season a minimum of 3 NIGHTS may be available and we ask that you call us at Grovefield Manor to ascertain the updated situation. At the moment there is a tennis court over part of the garden but this is to be laid to lawn in the near future. The cottage is approxiomately 1/2 a mile from the shopping centre of Westbourne. Guests who have stayed in the past have either walked to the beach directly or left their car in the hotel car park and walked from here a distance that takes anbout 4 minutes.

All of our Self Catering Apartments are designed with your comfort in mind. The Seahorse and Dolphin Cottages have their own entrances and gardens with outside seating and the Seahorse has the added benefit of a Conservatory. Well behaved pets are welcome in both the Seahorse and Dolphin Cottage. Guests are welcome to join us in the Manor for a Full English Breakfast if they wish. The Apartments come fully equipped with: washing machine dishwasher cooker microwave fridge with freezer. Oven Microwave Fridge Kettle Toaster Dishwasher China Glasses and Utensils. Bedding and towels are provided however we would ask guests to bring their own towels for the beach. The Seahorse Apartment has one bathroom with a shower attached. The apartment has full gas central heating and there is a large flat screen television in the lounge. The master bedroom has a 6 foot bed and the second bedroom can be either a twin or a double bed. In the master bedroom there ia an additional single bed that can be used if more than 4 guests are using the apartment. To cover the cost of linen and services etc. we make a charge of ?75. In the mid and high season Seahorse Apaerment is only let for full weeks Saturday to Saturday. Guests are welcome to join us in the Manor for a Full English Breakfast if they wish. Bedding and towels are provided however we would ask guests to bring their own towels for the beach. There is a bath with a shower attached in the large bathroom. With all the facilities of a modern apartment it provides luxury accommodation for holiday or business use. The Starfish apartment in mid and high season is usually only let for full weeks. Saturday to Saturday. In the low season a minimum of 3 NIGHTS may be available and we ask that you call us at Grovefield Manor to ascertain the updated situation. The Starfish is on the second floor and the second flight of stairs is rather narrow being the stairs used by the servants in days gone by.

On the south coast of England, The Grovefield Manor can be eaisly accessed by train or road from london within 2 hours. It is situated at the entrance to Branksome Dean Chine in Poole, Dorset. The beach is a 3 minute walk away and with regular buses from the bus stop directly outside the manor going to Bournemouth, Swanage & the Purbecks. Numerous cafes, wine bars and bistros are also close by, the sheer choice allows for almost all tastes to be catered for. Whether you want to join in the local nightlife that Bournemouth has become famous for or quietly take a romantic stroll along the cliff top to watch the Fireworks, its all within a stone s throw away.
